By opting into our communications, you agree to the following terms:
Consent to Communications
CBC Settlement Funding offers separate marketing and transactional/customer-care SMS programs. You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the applicable optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website form before submitting it. Marketing consent covers recurring automated marketing text messages. Transactional/customer-care consent covers messages regarding your request, quote, or transaction. Selecting one checkbox does not enroll you in the other program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Submitting a form or accepting these terms alone does not provide SMS consent.
Consent Records
When a website form is submitted, CBC records the consent choices and the exact versioned disclosure and policy references displayed with that form in an internal consent archive. The record is retained separately from downstream service-provider delivery acknowledgments and is available only to authorized personnel. Retention duration, deletion, and backup requirements remain subject to CBC owner approval; this page does not promise a particular retention period or control third-party provider retention.
Frequency of Messages
Marketing messages: up to 4 messages per month. Transactional and customer-care message frequency varies based on your request or transaction. Message and data rates may apply.
SMS Consent and Service Providers
SMS consent applies only to CBC Settlement Funding, not to marketing from other companies. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information on our behalf to manage requests, record consent choices, and deliver communications, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Opt-Out Option
You understand that you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us at cbcsettlementfunding.com/contact. For assistance, you can reply HELP.
Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms
